Terms & conditions of use.

These apply to this page and to the two BeeKios demo apps — written to match how things actually are now, not how they are planned to be.

Still a draft, not legally reviewed. It is assembled only from facts the landing page already states about itself, and is not meant as legal advice. Before it is used as binding terms, this section needs review first — then this notice is removed.

  1. What this covers

    These terms cover use of the BeeKios landing page and the two demo apps: BeeKios Warung for shop owners, and BeeKios for buyers. Both are the 2026 demo version.

  2. The state of the demo version — read this first

    The apps you can install today are a demo, not a finished product. These four things do not apply yet:

    • Business data has no server yet, so sales, stock, debts, and orders reset every time an app is opened.
    • QRIS and bank transfer are display only. No money moves.
    • Buyer orders do not cross over to the shop app yet.
    • Notifications do not ring while the app is closed.

    So do not use this version as your real record of sales, debts, or stock, and do not rely on it to bill or pay anyone.

  3. What data is actually processed

    The data that leaves the phone is account, profile, and shop-organisation data — shop name, members, and the email of keepers you invite — plus photos, and that too goes through the shared account and media services the apps already use. Business data — sales, stock, debts, and orders — is not sent anywhere, because the server for it does not exist yet. It stays on the phone and resets as described in clause 02.

  4. What you need to look after yourself

    If you enter other people's data, such as a name or a customer's number, make sure they know and agree. Do not use the apps to record anything that binds someone else, because the record does not last.

  5. Prices and payment

    Nothing is sold on this page and no payment is processed. Every rupiah figure you see — item names, prices, totals, remaining debts — is sample data used during testing.

  6. Name, logo, and code

    The BeeKios name, its logo, and the interface design on this page may not be reused without permission. The code lives in five private repos and is not open to the public.

  7. Limits

    This demo version is provided as is. There is no guarantee that data survives, that the apps are free of interruption, or that the figures shown match reality. To the extent the governing law allows, BeeKios is not liable for losses arising from use of this demo version.

  8. Changes to these terms

    These terms may change, especially once the real backend and payments start running. The version shown on this page is the one that applies.
